SPRinT Team simulated a ‘Massive Blood Loss’ scenario this week to TEST the changes to the Protocol at the Royal Brompton Hospital sight. The event was a collaboration between seven different departments in the trust. The event was a huge success in testing the processes and systems of the proposed new algorithm. 
We found some interesting system checks that were updated and we hope to confirm the protocol with the new changes, for disseminating to staff very soon.
