Neil completed his nursing degree in the Philippines in 1992 and worked in various adult and paediatric units including NICU and A&E. In 2005, he completed an additional degree in children’s nursing in the UK. He has worked in the Paediatric Cardio-Respiratory Ward at Royal Brompton Hospital since 2004, working as Practice Educator since 2007.
Neil completed the STeLI Instructor Course in 2008 and graduated in 2009 as an instructor from the Harvard University Paediatric Advanced Simulation Instructor Course and been involved in simulation since its introduction at Royal Brompton Hospital in Paediatrics. Neil serves yearly on the faculty for the SPRinT Introductory Facilitators’ Course and acts regularly as faculty for SPRinT Courses on the Paediatric Cardio-Respiratory Ward at Royal Brompton Hospital.
